What EmberQuill does with your data

EmberQuill is an offline app. It does not collect any personal information, and it does not send anything to the developer or to anyone else. The sagas, scenes, companions, threads, atlas entries and Fate Check questions you create are saved only on your own device, in the app's local storage and in UserDefaults. The developer cannot see them.

What the app does not have

• No user accounts or sign-in
• No network connection of any kind
• No advertising
• No purchases or subscriptions
• No permission requests: camera, photos, microphone, location, contacts and notifications are never used

Sharing

Your data leaves the device only if you choose to export a saga as text through the iOS share sheet. You decide where it goes, and the app is not involved after that.

Deleting your data

You can erase your data inside the app, part by part, from the Embers section. You can also delete EmberQuill from your iPhone, which removes everything it stored.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever changes how it handles data, this page will be updated and the date above will change.
